It had been a while since I've needed additional storage, but with the recent passing of my mother, I needed room for her items, and at an affordable price. My U - Haul moving truck was a big 20 footer and was .99 cents per mile. So. I took a chance I decided on the storage facility that was closest. It had no fountains or shiny big yellow signs. I had never even heard of Purely Storage. And in this case, I was a high maintenance customer. I only needed it for 3 months. As soon as I walk in I'm offered 50% off for the first month. Not after I pay for the first month. Right away. I take a 5 X 10. Its clean. After 2 days, it was just way too small. I talk to Brett, the manager. I ask about a 10 X 15. And not only did he allow me to transfer, I was given the the same 50% off, prorated to a larger space, that was super close to the first one I no longer need. Awesome, Brett! 6 months later I find out that my job is willing to pay for the storage because I also kept some of my work gear there. But I need receipts in 2 days, or else the deal is off. I called Purely Storage at 4:45pm. I ask Brett, and he has my bills emailed before 5pm. 3 pages worth. Amazing. 5 Star Performance!!

Would definitely recommend this place. I got out of my car and right away got help. Every question and concern I had was answered. I found a unit and we got right to it. He let me look at it and also let me know of the half off price the first 3 months. Super helpful.

Great place to rent a storage unit/space, definitely recommend this place to anyone in need. Brett is also without a doubt all the help you may need.
