My van broke down on the way to the border and we had to leave it there. She was very quick to get us a storage unit. Yvonne went above and beyond — she called me, left a voicemail when I missed it, AND sent an email to make sure I knew they’d tow it. She absolutely didn’t have to do that, but she did because she genuinely cares. We are so grateful for her kindness and helpfulness during a really stressful moment. Yvonne deserves a raise and a promotion. Thank you!!!
