A lot of improvements over the past year, brand new gates and able to make payments over the phone and internet. Previously using paper receipts and record keeping. Now monthly billing is on the same day of the month I sign up. Even get a free lock when renting

The lady that signed me up in the store in Oakdale California was hella friendly. Hell and I really cool just down to earth normal there's not much else I had to say about it so far I just put my stuff in there. They're actually was some dirt and debris in my unit when we checked it out for the first time and she brought a broom and swept it up for me. Made sure I had two locks because my particular storage unit was how do I say, it had two small doors but it was a bigger unit. So she gave me two locks for both doors. Made sure I knew how to operate it. Cool local place to rent from.
