I recently rented a spot for my RV at Purely Storage. I’ve never rented storage in my life, and I think for a lot of us, needing storage usually means we’re in some kind of transition or dealing with circumstances that aren’t exactly ideal. That’s why having someone like Ralph behind the counter made such a difference. He wasn’t just cordial or professional—he was genuinely friendly, kind, and full of light. He made what could have been just another stressful errand feel welcoming and surprisingly pleasant. Sometimes it’s the person you encounter during a difficult or transitional season who makes the biggest impression. Ralph certainly did that for me. Purely Storage is fortunate to have him!

Ty Ralph at Yuba City purely storage. Really appreciate the kind, courteous treatment that you provided. Ralph really went Above and beyond the call of duty to do me a solid. I have been a customer at Purely Storage for approximately six years. I have Never worried about security or issues at the storage. Everyone was so incredibly helpful, the units are maintained very well, pest control is maintained in the units. Great hours of operations as well, lots of times to get into the units not limited to short hours after work!

Ralph was super accommodating understanding and helpful! I recommend purely storage to anybody that has storage needs, they also give a free disc lock with 3 keys when you rent. Made the whole thing even sweeter! The facilities is super clean super safe And friendly staff!
