From the North

River Front Park

To get to our facility from the park, go north on 14th St/Biz Johnson Dr and continue until you reach 14th St. Next, turn right onto H St. Then, go right onto State Hwy 20 W/10th St. You will continue to follow State Hwy 20 W until you reach the Sutter St exit. Stay to the left at the fork, following the signs for Garden HWY/2nd St. You will then turn left onto Sutter St and after about half a mile you will continue as it turns into 2nd St. The road will then turn into Garden HWY. You will pass Tacos El Jalisciense and our location will be on your right.

From the South

Boyd’s Pump Boat Launch

To get to our self storage facility from Boyd’s Pump Boat Launch, go north and then take a slight left to get onto Garden Hwy. You will pass Off the Leash Dog Park and our facility will be on your left. Simple as that!

From the East

Yuba College

As many college students do, you may store some of your items in a self storage facility while you’re away at college. If you need to get to your things from Yuba College, turn left at the 1st cross street onto N Beale Rd. You will need to take a slight right to stay on N Beale Rd as you pass the Pizza Hut. Next, take the ramp onto CA-70 N/E St and turn left when you get to 5th St. Then, you will continue onto Twin Cities Memorial Bridge and turn right onto the ramp to 2nd St/Second St/Sutter St. As you drive, stay to the right at the fork and follow the signs for 2nd St and merge onto 2nd St/Second St/Sutter St. Go onto 2nd St/Second St and continue as it turns into Garden Hwy. You will see our storage facility on the right.

From the West

Andros Karperos Middle School

To get to Yuba City 99 Self Storage from the areas surrounding the middle school, go east toward S Walton Ave and take a right. Then, turn left onto Richland Rd and follow it until Railroad Ave. You will pass Carlito’s Mexican Restaurant on your left and take another left onto Railroad Ave. As you travel, Railroad Ave turns right and will become Winship Rd. You will then take a left onto Garden Hwy and our self storage facility will be on the left.
