I wasn’t the perfect person when it came to on time payments and I stressed quite a bit. … I was always treated with respect and understanding through my tough financial times, the trust and understanding I received is immeasurable. Deana was absolutely AMAZING through the entire three years, made me absolutely thankful I chose this place to rent a unit. Words cannot describe how happy I was that I stored my property here. I recently closed out the unit and got to meet the wonderful soul that cares for the customers in that place, I was sad to know, I would never get to interact with such an incredible person ever again. This is the place you want to leave your things (don’t be a jerk, and always communicate) they will treat you like a human and not a dollar sign! (Original post) love this place for one reason! Their customer service and the voice on the phone. Stressful times put us behind sometimes and most places will treat you like a commodity . Deana has always he made it a pleasant experience, if I’m just paying or I become long winded and jibber jabber she is always pleasant and a pleasure to speak with , she has made it worth storing my stuff there. She is a treasure that should be cherished in 2024!
