I'd give them a perfect 10. The gentleman in there was great. Super helpful, straight forward and down to earth. He was able to answer all my questions honestly. So many places these days will try to sell you something you don't need. I wasn't sure what size I needed and he worked with me. I was going next door but he sold me.

Before even moving in, you get five stars already based on pricing, availability, and office staff! Will update this rating when I move in and after I move out but everything seems top notch up to making a reservation. Update 1: fully moved in, still 5 stars! Tracy @ front desk was incredibly helpful and kindly paused what she was doing to get me signed up. The facility itself is modern with lights and outlets inside the concrete and metal units. Huge doors and long units. Signing up took 15-30 mins. And they gave me a disc lock for free, which is unusual. Update 2: moved out, everything perfect! Power is on in the units from 3-6 am only.
