Was sent over here from one of their competitors to get a uHaul, but ran into the same issue. I still was not able to ... Was sent over here from one of their competitors to get a uHaul, but ran into the same issue. I still was not able to get one due to having a payroll card. However, the employee put in some effort in checking other locations and calling them and ask. Where from where I came from, they only said nope and pushed my reservation to them without checking. That moment made me think "Damn, I should have got a unit from them instead of the other place."

The communication I receive from him is always timely and clear. He is incredibly professional, knowledgable, and passionate about the business. The new owners struck employee gold with him and I hope they realize how much value he truly adds.
