I had some uncertainty on move in dates, and he was very transparent on policies, holds, etc. The facility itself is immaculate. Very clean in driveways and inside the storage containers (outdoor). While onsite 2 times, I’ve seen pest control and maintenance for cleaning. 10/10 so far and would recommend based on customer service and cleanliness alone.

After relocating to the Rocklin area, I was looking to combine my 3 smaller sized units at another storage facility a distance away to 1 medium/large unit. Art was very helpful in getting me the right size for my belongings. His knowledge of the business and excellent customer service skills were what convinced me that I was at the right place. The property was very clean and organized. The sign-up process was easy and the gate access is very accommodating. I also appreciated the follow up call to see if I needed anything more.
