Safe, convenient, clean, professional When I first needed storage space 4 years ago, I did quite a bit of research in the Roseville, Loomis areas. ... Safe, convenient, clean, professional When I first needed storage space 4 years ago, I did quite a bit of research in the Roseville, Loomis areas. I was looking for a 10x15 space, air conditioned, convenient hours, in a business/residential environment (not too industrial, isolated). DR Storage was certainly all of that. It's near a popular intersection across from a Safeway. Inside it's spotless. Convenient hours, with really helpful managers on site. One time I lost my key. And the manager was able to get someone within 30 minutes to cut the lock and gave me a new one. Recently I needed a second unit and had some questions, my call was returned within minutes, and we were able to quickly take care of everything over the phone (with Amelia, Ernie). Every interaction here is just very smooth and professional. I rarely write online reviews, but feel like this place is that good, deserving to be highly recommended.

To be honest, in most ways DR Storage is no different than the other countless storage businesses. Closed camera surveillance, competitive pricing, etc....what sets ... To be honest, in most ways DR Storage is no different than the other countless storage businesses. Closed camera surveillance, competitive pricing, etc....what sets them apart for me is when I have to deal with the office. The manager there, Amelia (sp?), who set up my contract, is phenomenal. She's polite, customer-centered and very good at her job. I've used other units in the past where this was NOT the case. And, believe me, when you have a question or issue, you want someone who cares and is competent! You get that in spades with Amelia!! That's why I'm there.

This is the most accommodating storage unit I’ve ever used. They even game me the lock for my unit FREE!! There’s always someone in the ... This is the most accommodating storage unit I’ve ever used. They even game me the lock for my unit FREE!! There’s always someone in the office. That was a huge issue at my last unit. The communication is amazing also an issue at my old unit. They give you access to your space till 11:00 pm. I only had access till 6:00 pm at the old place. They are clean and the doors open with ease. I’ll be staying with them for a very longtime.
