It's taken 4 days now to slowly get our stuff in our unit because it was so hot and stuffy in the hallway and the unit.

My only complaint is no light in my unit. Everything from the online hub that makes payments simple at no added charge. This has been the best storage ive had. Those who have had a bad storage know thats not something u want 2 ever do again. Peace of mind 4 ur junk is worth paying 4.

She was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. She made everything easy to understand and went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping people, but Esmeralda does just that. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained, which gave me great peace of mind. I highly recommend Purely Storage at this location, especially if you’re lucky enough to be helped by Esmeralda!
