I went to this storage facility because it was close to me. I was actually surprised there were units available. The guy in the office(Eric) ... I went to this storage facility because it was close to me. I was actually surprised there were units available. The guy in the office(Eric) is a person who will work with you to get your payments on auto pay and put you in a unit. By the way,I didn’t get a big enough unit so I had to go rent another smaller unit. I’m very happy with what I ended up with all the way around. Eric is super guy. Thanks Eric for all of your support.

Reserved a larger storage unit , made sure I touched base with the storage office to confirm that I would be taking the unit, spoke ... Reserved a larger storage unit , made sure I touched base with the storage office to confirm that I would be taking the unit, spoke with Daisy whom upon my arrival had taken care of the all paperwork for moving me out of my old storage unit and into a much roomier unit. But before finalizing the paperwork Daisy suggested we take a look to see if the unit was the right fit. So Daisy and I walked to the unit , She removed facilities lock so that I could see inside, it was exactly what I was needing to store my items within, then we walked back to the office. I thanked her, drove my vehicle to my old unit, then proceeded to transfer my things over. I admired the way my experience was handled by Daisy, expedient and very professional, this is why,I will always rent from Purely for the simple fact, you have staff members with excellent customer service and the facilities I’ve been to are top notch, very clean and well maintained.
