During so much chaos they have been agents of peace without realizing it. I appreciate them so much more than they know over the years!

I outreached to this facility for a storage unit, I spoke to Nicole she was so polite and friendly and reviewed all of my options for my budget and even offered a tour to ensure I got the best unit for me! Nicole was just pleasant and helpful in person. Ive had a storage in the past with cube smart, this was by far a superior experience.

My review has nothing to do with Purely Storage itself, but for Nicole who works there. I reserved a U-Haul and screwed up my pick ... My review has nothing to do with Purely Storage itself, but for Nicole who works there. I reserved a U-Haul and screwed up my pick up time. I called to confirm a dolly with the truck and with speaking to Nicole, she went over my pick up time. Once she did, I realized my mistake, and she fixed it before I could finish my thought. If she as detailed oriented with the storage side of the business as she is with the U-Haul side, then purely has one amazing employee, and anyone who deals with her should consider themselves lucky. Thank you Nicole.
